Shipping & Returns


All items are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is $12 flat fee or complimentary shipping over $100.  Please contact us with any special requests regarding shipping at [email protected].

Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except Sunday). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Leaf & Petal will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Leaf & Petal, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.




All returns must be approved.  Please email [email protected] to initiate your return.

  • Returns will be accepted on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Full refund minus the original shipping charge if received within 10 days.
  • Merchandise must arrive unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with tags intact.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items sold on sale and jewelry, are a final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Online purchases can be returned to our brick and mortar location.
